The region is well developed and a good aspect of it is that you have hospitals like Apollo, Rainbow and Fortis within a distance of 3 to 4 km. Apart from the hospitals, you’ve got Cinepolis, Gopalan Innovation Mall, Reliance and Max near the property. The overall connectivity, with transport options like the HSBC bus stop and the Gottigere bus stop falling near the project. You can reach the two stops within 10-15 minutes drive. The Yelachenahalli metro station is also nearby and only 6.2 km from this project. All of these make the Suraksha Golden Palms address a really strategic one.
The security in the society is another positive aspect, that has been stationed at all the major entries and exits. The flats have good ventilation and you can experience a good lifestyle. All of this led us to finalising the deal for the house.
