What are the Suraksha Springs Reviews, Begur Road, Bengaluru?

I booked a  2 BHK apartment here a couple of months ago and can give you my Suraksha Springs review. We liked the fact that the property has around 70 percent of open space. They have tried to blend modern with eco-friendly living while providing good quality homes.

The Suraksha Springs unit size is another major plus that had us interested, as the carpet area ranges from 794 sq. ft. to 889 sq. ft., which is pretty nice.

In total, there are 4 buildings, comprising 180 units. If you wish to know the Suraksha Springs unit configuration, you’ll also find 3 BHK apartments here apart from the 2 BHK ones. They have utilised the space in the project to great effect. This is because of the several amenities you get here. There is a sauna, a visitor’s parking, a party area, a spa, a rainwater harvesting plant and more. 

We also checked the RERA approval before finalising the house. The Suraksha Springs RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180424/006787. If you talk about the property rates, Bangalore has seen a lot of uprisings in the real estate market. Compared to that, we feel the prices are decent in front of the project offerings. 

The Suraksha Springs price ranges from Rs. 85.17 lakhs to Rs. 1.16 crores, depending on the house configuration and size.

Earlier, the possession date was stated as 2026, but there has been a little delay in terms of the expected date. We asked the builder team about it and they said that the Suraksha Springs possession date is March 2027. Overall, it’s a good project to have a house in and you can consider it.

Hi, I’d like to review this review by highlighting the main plus for us, which is the Suraksha Springs address. Located at Begur Road, the area overall is well developed and offers good connectivity to the E-City, where my workplace is located. 

Like the others who expressed their thoughts, I too feel that the spacious area of the homes is a big advantage in comparison to other projects. 

However, the pricing is a bit of a letdown, as it seems a little high. We are also looking at one another project, which is the

as the offerings are good at a decent rate. 

To sum up, it is a good project if you are looking for a luxurious living. So, you can give it a visit.

We enquired about the Suraksha Springs 2BHK price. We found out that the rates start at Rs. 80 lakhs, and it interested us, so we did a sit visit later on. 

We liked the range of amenities included in the project, such as a skating rink, an amphitheatre, an outdoor gym, a swimming pool and more. 

The Suraksha Springs possession date is January 2026, which is a little earlier than we expect to move in, but we’re still looking to make the booking as everything seems good to us.

I have been living in the city for around 5 years now. After getting married last year, I decided to buy a new house along with my partner. We visited the Suraksha Springs. So, here is a Suraksha Springs reviews based on what we liked and disliked. 

With 2 and 3 BHK apartments across 2.2 acres of land, the project has around 180 units and a tower configuration of G+4. 

We have our interest in the 3 BHK and the Suraksha Springs apartment size is something which impressed us a lot, ranging between 1040 and 1195 sq. ft. We are a family of six people, so a spacious house is our major lookout. Coming to the Suraksha Springs price list, I have shared them below with you.

Overall, everything looks good but the price point of one crore is a bit over for us, so we are yet to decide on the project.
