What are the Tanish Park, Charholi Budruk, Pune Reviews?

Let me share my honest Tanish Park review with you all. I bought a 2BHK property here last month, and I have been watching the Tanish Park construction progress. Although the development is progressing, there are still regions that require immediate attention. In particular, there has to be a major cleaning upgrade in the F wing corridor. Rest assured, this project's location, amenities, and public facilities are all excellent. Additionally, the Tanish Park unit size for 2 BHK was decent. Overall, I rate it 4 out of 5.

My friend took a flat in the F wing of this property. As I was also looking for a property in Charholi Budruk, Pune, I asked him to share his Tanish Park review. He told me the security measures here appear to be more than sufficient. The presence of security guards and a visible surveillance camera removes concerns about the safety of the residents and their belongings.

Also, there are a number of hospitals, schools, retail centers, mega stores, and other establishments close to the Tanish Park location. All these things attracted me. I also asked him to share the Tanish Park unit configuration for 2BHK flat. He told 2BHK property is available in several sizes (658 sq ft, 715 sq ft, 850 sq ft, 857 sq ft,  862 sq ft, 950 sq ft). I finally decided to book a 2 BHK flat of 950 sq ft here.

I recently reserved an 862 square foot, two-bedroom apartment in this property. The Tanish Park 2 BHK price for our flat was approximately Rs 46 lakhs. I adored the facilities that this project is providing. My two-bedroom apartment has two baths and three balconies. 

I got both bike and car parking. In addition, there is a community hall, air conditioning, internet access, a shopping center, guest parking that is separate, a power backup that runs around the clock, and so forth. August 1, 2024, is the Tanish Park possession date that I was given for my flat. I will rate it 5 out of 5 under my Tanish Park review.
