TBC Homes Grand La Palazzo Phase 2 location is excellent, offering easy access to amenities, serene surroundings, and exceptional convenience for daily living. It is located only 8 minutes or 2.3 km from my son’s school, Government Lower Primary School Gopasandra. Apart from this, there are several other banks, markets, hospitals, and educational institutions nearby. Some of them are as follows,
Ali Bommasandra bus stand: 2.5 km, 8 mins
Ramasagara bus stand: 4.3 km, 9 mins
Heelalige train station: 6.6 km, 14 mins
Global Speciality Hospital: 8.5 km, 20 mins
DMart: 9.7 km, 23 mins
Gmart Supermarket: 6.0 km, 17 mins
It is because of its strategic location, that I believe investing here is a good option.

My sister lives near the site. She said that the area of this project is around 12.5 acres. She said that the TBC Homes Grand La Palazzo Phase 2 unit configuration includes 4, and 5 BHK villas with terraces, gazebos, and sundeck. Also, I was informed that the project is in its launching stage and the expected TBC Homes Grand La Palazzo Phase 2 possession date or handover is in 14 months.
