You can reach the Belandu Train Station with a 5-6 km drive. Also, healthcare facilities like Columbia Asia Hospital in Whitefield are just 3.5 km away. Talking about the Tirumala Enclave unit configuration, you get 3 BHK independent homes in the society. The total land area is big, spanning across 2 acres. So my sister and I visited a resale 3 BHK in Tirumala Enclave a few weeks ago. We came back with a mixed view of the property. So, let me give you a quick Tirumala Enclave review. This is a gated society in Varthur, which is an area we were considering buying a house in. The house condition is pretty good, with ample parking space both outside and on the porch. Another good aspect is the amenities in the society. We came across a big swimming pool, a gym, a children’s play area, an indoor games zone, a rainwater harvesting plant and more. All these things increased our interest in the property. Although we liked a lot of things here, the price quoted by the seller was above our budget. So, we are still thinking whether to go ahead with the deal or not.

Hi. We own a house here and it's been a few years. The houses here are well planned and the best part is the amount of open space you get through the amenities and other areas. There are big windows in the house to let the sunlight come in. The ventilation is also quite nice. There’s security staff stationed at the entry and exit gates. In terms of the locality, Varthur is a good place to be. You’ll get a mix of residential and commercial properties. The Forum Value Mall is 5 km from here, while the Virgina Mall is about 3 km away. If you are looking for independent houses in Bangalore, this can surely be a pick.
