I was looking for a 3 BHK unit that was under Rs. 1.5 Crore. I had asked a few of my friends to inform me if they were aware of any such project. A few weeks later a friend reached out to me and told me about the 3 BHK units of Today Global Bellevue. I decided to visit the project. 

I visited the project and asked about the various details such as amenities, and 3 BHK price. I also asked about the Today Global Bellevue Possession date and the RERA number. The executive informed me that, the possession date is around December 2026 and the RERA number is P52000048037. As the possession date is quite near and every other detail was perfect, I decided to book a 3 BHK unit.

A few days back, I received a call from the Today Global Bellevue marketing team. They told me that, they have 1 & 2 BHK Luxury Homes. After that, I enquired about the Today Global Bellevue price list. They provided me a list that had the Today Global Bellevue 1BHK, 2BHK & 3BHK price, and their carpet area. Here is the list

They also told me that, they have Jodi Units. The executive also told me about the Today Global Bellevue project area, which was 9 Acres.
