I opted for the premium moving service from TSR Packers & Movers, expecting a hassle-free experience. The service was marketed as being top-notch, with extra care for valuable items. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the premium price. Although the packing team was friendly, they rushed through the process, and a few of my expensive items were packed without adequate protection. One of my antique lamps was broken during the move, which was disappointing considering I had paid extra for special care.

When I raised the issue, their response was less than helpful. They refused to offer compensation, and I felt that my concerns were brushed aside. For a service that’s supposed to be premium, I was left feeling like I got basic treatment at a premium price. Wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you’re paying extra for special care.
