Hello, The Umang Winter Hills is spread across 17 acres. This is a gated apartment manned with security. One of my friends has been staying here for 3 years, and I visited them a few weeks back. Overall, for them the Umang Winter Hills location is convenient as it is close to their kids school, Jhankar Senior Secondary School 1.6 km. I heard from my friend that this is a RERA registered project and the Umang Winter Hills RERA number is RERA-GRG-1585-2024. However, the only con as per my friend was a construction-related disparity. This disparity is caused by the water seeping through a section of the building's structure, which has indirectly created an environment conducive to the growth of mould.

Hi, I was going through a few Umang Winter Hills reviews online, and I felt that the project is worth visiting. When I visited the site, I was informed that the Umang Winter Hills unit configuration is 2, and 3 BHK apartments here. However, as this project is ready to move in, there were a few resale apartments for sale. I am interested in one of the resale 2 BHK apartments here. The Umang Winter Hills unit size of a 2 BHK is 1,260 sq. ft. The seller was quoting Rs. 1.45 Cr. The maintenance charge is Rs. 3.6 per sq.ft/m. The Umang Winter Hills price is within my budget, so I am planning to book this apartment.

My sister stayed here for 2 years, she said that more or less one can find all the amenities here. These includes a swimming pool, gym, lift, security
intercom, children's play area, Cctv camera, and so on. The apartments are also Vastu compliant. The only thing that she was a bit dissatisfied about was the Umang Winter Hills car lift. The car list on this property is a major issue! Because of its poor construction and frequent malfunctions, most residents are unable to take their cars out when they need to! Apart from this, I feel the project is a good one and worth investing in.
