What are the Unicorn Grace Pallacio, Lohegoan, Pune Reviews?

A friend of ours visited us last month and told us about this property in Lohegoan, so we went on-site to find more information. We have already checked out a few projects in Pune and compared to them, this project has got a good balance of everything.

There are several amenities such as a modern gym, a landscape garden, an open to sky party lawn, a yoga deck, pergola sitting, a jogging track, and more.

Apart from this, the area of this property has been another feature which suits us as malls like Phoenix, Creatity and Seasons are nearby, alongwith supermarkets, etc.

I recommend you visit the project yourself and then make a call as your preference can be different from mine.

Hi there. We have been in search of a  2BHK flat in Pune for a while now. We have gone to several projects and recently visited this project by Unicorn, which is located in Lohegaon. I asked about the specifications and quite liked the quality of materials they have chosen for the house.

For the doors, there will be a digital safety lock with laminated flush doors on both sides, while in the kitchen, they have used a granite platform. While the flooring will have vitrified tiles in the living room, bedroom, and dining area, there will be anti-skid tiles in the washrooms.

I also asked about the Unicorn Grace Pallacio Possession date, which is March 2028. The date is a bit late but we are quite interested in this project, so we are giving it a thought to wait and make the booking.

Hello, I saw you were asking for some Unicorn Grace Pallacio reviews. I visited this property with my sister last month to inquire about the 2 BHK available here. 

I first asked about the Unicorn Grace Pallacio project area, which was told to me as 1.5 acres and the property is being built in Lohegaon. 

I wanted to know more about the development around the area, so I went out and travelled around Lohegaon. Well, I can say that the Unicorn Grace Pallacio location is pretty nice with a lot of business parks like EON IT, Commerzone IT, and Business Bay. There are also some hospitals nearby such as the Orchid and Sahyadri Hospitals. In terms of connectivity, the project is at a decent distance from the Pune International Airport, Pune Railway Station, and the Pune Nagpur Highway.

Overall, I think this project works well for us and we are looking to make the purchase soon. You should check it out once to see if it works for you as well.
