I was looking for a ready-to-move flat when I learned about this project. I visited the United Sai Silicon City location, which is Dr Ambedkar Road, Nagondanahalli, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka. There were two criteria that I had for purchasing an apartment. The first one was that it should be Vastu compliant and the second was that it should have all necessary government permissions. I learned about this United Sai Silicon City project from a billboard ad and decided to visit it. I asked about the United Sai Silicon City RERA ID, which they told me was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/201001/003624, they also told me that the apartments were Vastu compliant. Since this project had both I decided to purchase a 3 BHK unit here.
