Hi there. I went to Uppal Plumeria a few months ago when a flat was available for resale. I read a lot of Uppal Plumeria Garden Estate reviews before making the visit and think that it’s a pretty decent society.
I’ll start by talking about the location. Present in the Omicron III locality, there are several public transport options available near the property. There is the DPS Bus Station, Depot Metro Station and the Boraki Train Station. In case of emergency, you have reputed hospitals like Ivory, Green City and more.
Even my office is about 3-4 km from the society, so I am strongly considering this property. The 3 BHK I checked has been maintained well and the interiors are also something my family and I like. So, I might book the property in the next couple of days.

We moved to Greater Noida a few years ago and had been living in a rented place. We finally decided to settle down in the city by buying our own house. So, we purchased a flat here in August. This is a gated society with bike parking and the total area is huge, covering 18 acres of land. To talk about the Uppal Plumeria Garden Estate unit configuration, there are 3 and 4 BHK homes here. The surrounding area has all the necessities and developed infrastructure. You can go to the Omaxe Connaught Place Mall and the PVR Ansal Plaza to have a good time. There are other shopping malls close to the society, like The Grand Venice Mall and the Vardhaman Alpha Square. These things made the Uppal Plumeria Garden Estate location favourable for us. The house we purchased has good air circulation along with decent sunlight throughout the day. If you’re considering buying a house, we suggest you try this out.

So my father, mother and I saw a flat here last week and I’d like to share my opinion of the property. The project has been developed by the Uppal Group across a vast land. Despite being a resale property, the three of us were impressed by the maintenance of the flats and the outer space. Amenities are something which attracted us a lot. There is a gym, a shopping centre, visitor’s parking, swimming pool, jogging track, basketball court, tennis court, party area and lots more. Flats are built as per Vastu, which is another plus. We do like the property a lot, but we are considering other societies as well.
