What are the Uppal Southend, Sector 49, Gurgaon Reviews?

I have been staying in this property with my parents for the last 4 years. So, I am sharing my Uppal Southend reviews here. Premium 2, and 3 BHK apartments are available in this property. The construction is already completed and the flat is ready for occupancy. Its location boasts well-maintained roads and decent transport facilities. There are many markets, stores that are open till late at night, and good ATM and bank services. 

The Uppal Southend unit size is also good. Like, I stay in a 3BHK of 2000 sq ft. The following are a few of the appealing choices the project offers;

Overall, I will say it is a beautiful property with reasonably priced apartments. 

In 2022, I booked my first 3 BHK flat in Uppal Southend. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences since then. This community is located in Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana. It provides us with all the amenities we need. Water facilities, electricity, security officers on duty around-the-clock, and many more things. Our community is surrounded by a number of malls and retail centers where we can purchase anything we need. 

Additionally, a temple, hospital, school, and rapid metro are close by to this project. There are Vastu flats in this community that will suit your needs. It is quite handy to move into a home with WiFi internet, and many facilities. When I purchased my first flat here, the Uppal Southend price started at Rs 2 Crore for 3 BHK. Overall, I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my review.

I have done an investment in Uppal Southend, Sector 49, Gurgaon. This society is a great spot to rent and stay. A large selection of reasonably priced, partially furnished, completely furnished, and three-bedroom apartments are available to residents. Offices and commercial centers are situated near to the society. You can also get schools such as SD Adarsh Public School and Ipsaa Day Care & Pre-school located closeby Uppal Southend location. 

You will be relieved to hear that Sona Devi Memorial Hospital, Mittal Hospital, and Ektaa Hospitals are all quite close by should you require any emergency care or medical attention. Vegetable stores and small eateries are also situated there. As far as I remember, the Uppal Southend possession date was in April 2004, so you can get ready-to-move flats here.
