What are the Vakil Marina Reviews, Bommanahalli, Bangalore?

This Vakil Marina review is based on my Dad’s recent visit to this project. He said that this project offers all sorts of required amenities. Some of them are as follows,

• Gym

• Club house

• Security

• Children's play area

• Park

• Maintenance staff

• Covered car parking for the residents

He liked this project and is eager to book a unit here. However, I am planning to visit this over the weekend before the payment, so I think I’ll be able to share a few more details after my visit.

• Nearby metro stations are Jaya Prakash Nagar which is only 6.8 km, or 23 mins, and Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road 7.2 km or 23 mins from this project. 

• There are also several hospitals and schools nearby like the Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta (12 mins), and Fortis Hospital (16 mins) from this project.

Hi, A few months back, I visited this project. The project size is around 6 acres, with a total of 99 units. The Vakil Marina unit configuration includes 2, and 3 BHK apartments. It offers ready to move apartments, and the expected Vakil Marina possession date was around Jun, 2009. I liked this project because of its large sized rooms that offer enough ventilation, allowing light and fresh air to enter the space. Overall, I liked this project and am planning to invest here.
