Their packing team was efficient and took care of the equipment, but the main issue was with communication. The relocation, which was supposed to end by evening, stretched late into the night, causing inconvenience. Some smaller items went missing, though they compensated us for them. While the service itself was decent, I believe they could improve on the timing and communication. I’m unsure if I would choose them again for office shifting.
