What is the Vastu for Buying Land?
There are several things you need to check while buying a plot, such that it is Vastu-compliant.
- Direction
The plot Vastu says that all four directions are good.
East is ideal for scholars, priests, professors and philosophers.
The North facing plot is good for those in the administration sphere and in power.
The South is good for people in business and people at the management level.
Whereas the West direction is ideal for those who work in the supportive service towards the society.
- Site Soil
Always choose a plot which has fertile soil. The plot which is good for cultivation purposes is the fertile one. Choosing such a plot helps in the foundation of your building or house.
- Road Direction
You should also check the placement of the road around your plot. The ideal direction is a road coming from the East to the North East part of the plot. A road from the North and hitting the North East part of the plot is also good.
