I contacted the seller of a 2 BHK in this project about a couple of weeks ago to schedule a visit. So, I’ll be sharing a short Vasudha Etasha review with you. You’ll find 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats here, spread across 2 acres of land. There is ample space for bike parking and the maintenance staff keeps the society pretty clean.
What disappointed us was the Vasudha Etasha unit size, which was only 326 sq. ft, so we didn’t go ahead with the purchase of the flat. However, I do recommend you check it out once to see if you like it.
Hi, my partner and I visited this society a month ago. The Vasudha Etasha location is in Kothrud, near the Bangalore Mumbai Highway. We earlier went to a lot of properties but the location here seemed ideal. There’s the Archies and Impression mall within 3 kilometres and my office is also within 5 km of the property, so that would save me a lot of time every day. Also, the Chandni Chowk bus stop is near, so that will make the commute easier.
I also checked the RERA registration and the Vasudha Etasha RERA number is P52100012581. Overall, I feel this is the ideal project if you are looking for a 1 BHK in a good locality with all-around infrastructure and facilities.
