We heard about this project from a friend. My father and I went to check out this project earlier this month to inquire about the Vaswani Pinnacle unit size and more. We were told that the 3 BHK here has a spacious area of 1875 square feet. In the flats, there is a modular kitchen, a utility area and wardrobes in all the bedrooms. As far as the Vaswani Pinnacle RERA number is concerned, we checked the RERA approval and the ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/201222/005545. We went ahead by finalising the offer for the 3 BHK as it suited our needs. I suggest you visit this project before making up your mind.

I can share my Vaswani Pinnacle review with you. I went to see this project by Vaswani Group a while ago with my family. They have 3 BHK homes in Whitefield. Let me describe the location for you. My family and I decided to explore the area to see how developed Whitefield is. I must say that it is one of the most developed regions in the city. From the project, you can reach the White Field post office bus stop by travelling less than half a kilometre. You can reach Dr. R.Munisingh Hospital and Svastha Hospital within 5 minutes, too. All of these things satisfied us with regard to the Vaswani Pinnacle location.
In the project, there is a decent space for parking and the management of the society seemed nice, too. We made our purchase of the 3 BHK from the seller after analysing everything.

Hello. My mother and I visited the project to ask about the Vaswani Pinnacle unit configuration, go around the locality a bit and more. This project has 3 BHK flats, something we were in search of. The locality is also great, being Whitefield which was amongst our favourites to buy a house in.
The Vaswani Pinnacle possession date worked well for us as the project was resale and we were ready to move in. Even the amenities impressed us a lot. There is a swimming pool, a lift, a gym, a clubhouse, a maintenance staff and more. We have not made up our minds yet, but this is definitely at the top of our list for now.
