I find Vatika India Next to be a great residential project, mainly because of some major reasons like:
It has a spacious playground so my son, along with several of his friends, can play easily here without being lost in the crowd
Lush greenery all around to breathe in fresh air
Multiple parks to distribute the crowd
Shops within the society
Parking space is huge here
Well-maintained clubhouse
The maintenance charge is not at all high
Residents here are also friendly
It has been six years since we have been living here and have never faced any serious problems. You must consider investing here, but yes, check it out at least once before making a decision.
