We read quite a lot of Vertical Oriana reviews before we decided to take a flat here. There are resale properties available here as the society was completed a few years ago. The overall living experience thus far has been good as there are no major issues when it comes to electricity, water, or maintenance.
The Vertical Oriana address is kind of a mixed bag as there are several commute options with the Hadapsar Train Station just 2.5 km away. However, the roads need some work as they are in bad condition and it gets worse when monsoons hit the city.
The place is nice overall with well-ventilated flats comprising spacious interiors compared to other societies..

We checked out a flat on this property a couple of weeks ago. A friend of ours recommended the place as we were in search of resale properties in Pune. The ambiance is pretty good here, but we think that the carpet area is not enough. You might find it sufficient if you are not ambitious. The Vertical Oriana price is yet to be discussed with the seller as we are thinking of other options as well nearby.

As this is an old society, the Vertical Oriana possession date is not an issue, as flats are ready to move once you lock the deal. We were on the lookout for something like this. We locked the purchase last Friday for an apartment here.
The construction is of good quality and the lobbies are spacious. There\\’s a video door phone, AC plug points in both bedrooms, and various such small and big features. I did observe some issues in the parking area as there is a waterlogging problem that needs to be addressed. The rest of the aspects are pretty nice and you can consider the place.
