Hello, we recently visited VGN Highland after finding out about their plots. The VGN Highland unit configuration comprises 158 plots which range between 595 to 1925 in terms of area.
There are quite a lot of amenities in this project as well, including a walking and jogging track, a swing, a hopscotch, a climber wall, a lawn, a multi-play station and more.
The VGN Highland possession date was January 2024, so the plots are up for construction. We booked a plot a few days back and I can say that this is a good deal if you are looking for a plot to build a house in Chennai.

What made me book this project has to do a lot with the locality where this property lies. The VGN Highland location is in Tharapakkam near Gerugambakkam.
The Anakaputhur and the Kundrathur bus stand, the Annai Grace and the BP Jain Hospitals and the DLF IT Parks can be reached within 20 minutes.
Apart from this, the project has great connectivity to the Tambaram Bypass. You can reach the Chennai International Airport in 25 minutes.
All of this makes it a good project to buy a flat in and I recommend you give it a visit to see if this is the property for you.
