• ECO village and Anthara SEZ are 10 and 11 minutes away respectively.

• KC International and CV public schools are situated 1.7 and 1.9 km away.

• KV Pharmacy is just 2 minutes away. Tripathi Hospital is situated 16 minutes away from Vihaan Greens.

Going by these details, Vihaan Greens location looks promising and might see a good price appreciation in the coming years.

Noida and Greater Noida have become hubs of investments in the past few years. My uncle is a real estate agent and he gave me Vihaan Greens reviews. He said that Vihaan Greens location is quite strategic. He had visited the project site and said that the rooms are neatly spaced with proper provisions for light and ventilation.

He has said that the project interiors offered are decent as well. 

• The Living and Dining rooms will have high-end vitrified tiles.

• The Kitchen will have a Granite Countertop.

• Modular Switches will be used along with wood laminates for the master bedroom.

He mentioned amenities like a separate shopping centre, a well-equipped gym, a tennis court and a separate indoor games area along with a clubhouse are planned out as well. There is set to be a separate party area as well.

All of these are really attractive offerings. I think you should go and inquire about pricing and if it fits your budget, you may think of investing here.

He got to know that the minimum 2BHK price will be 72.87 lakh for 1075 sq ft. The 3 BHK options are offered in carpet area of 1350, 1610 and 1640 sq ft respectively and are priced between 78 lakhs to 1.08 crore.

His family is an ardent believer of Vastu principles so he figured that the project is fully Vastu compliant. Although the prices of this project look very competitive I would ask you to do full research to arrive at a decision.
