What are the Vihang Valley Phase 2, Kasarvadavali, Thane Reviews?

We visited the apartment in Vihang Valley Phase 2 the previous weekend. We heard about a 2 BHK apartment available for sale and had to check it out. The carpet area was decent, 625 sq. ft. Another plus for us was the Vastu-compliance. All flats are made as per Vastu Shastra, which was one of our priorities in the home we bought. The security is also professional, present at all important areas to protect the society. We haven’t decided yet, but we are considering it as one of the options.

My mother and I went to check out property in Vihang Valley Phase 2 to inquire about the 1 BHK which was up for sale. Since we were looking for a similar property in Thane, this was a good chance for us to buy a house. Our first impression of this property was on the positive side. The society has a decent space to park 2-wheeler vehicles and the total society space is also huge, which is 7 acres. 

There are quite a lot of amenities too. They’ve got a tennis court, a swimming pool, a rain water harvesting plant, a gym, a jogging path and more. Another thing that we liked was the Vihang Valley Phase 2 unit size, which is 430 sq. ft. of carpet area. So, you can expect enough space for a 1 BHK. Hi, I recently purchased a 2 BHK flat in Vihang Valley from its previous owner and can share my Vihang Valley Phase 2 review with you. This is a gated society in Kasarvadavali in Thane and the locality is something which urged me to finalise the deal. 

The Vihang Valley Phase 2 location has the Kasarvadavali Thane West bus stop 1.5 km away while Dhanwantari Multispeciality Hospital and the Kevalya Hospital are also 5-10 minutes away. In terms of shopping, there is Hypercity, Metro and Fair Price supermarket 2-3 km away. I am quite happy with the purchase and would recommend you check out this property first and see if you like it too.
