What are the Vikas Kunj Reviews, Vikaspuri, Delhi?

My friend recommended me to check out Vikas Kunj a few weeks ago when I was looking to invest in property. One of his most primary reasons was the Vikas Kunj location. This project is also located in a prime area of Delhi. It is close to a lot of educational institutions, hospitals and commercial hubs.

• The nearest bus stop is the MayaPuri Depot. Also, it is in proximity to the Subhash Nagar Metro Station. 

• This is also close to my son’s school: Ved Vyas DAV Public School- 1.4 Km

• Maxkart Super Market- 0.9 Km

Moreover, Popular retail hubs such as Rajouri Garden and Tilak Nagar are also in close proximity which is very convenient for us and its easy connection to commercial hubs of Gurgaon via Dwarka Expressway are also of great benefit. I have decided to book a 2 BHK apartment here.

When I recently visited Vikas Kunj to check out the project before investing in it, the Vikas Kunj amenities really stood out to me. There is a well maintained badminton court which my daughter loves as she is interested in playing badminton. There is also a kids play zone which is really fun and exciting for my 4yr old son. There is also an ATM in the vicinity for quick cash if ever needed. And a very important thing is that it is a gated community, so the security is very top-notch. There is also a very good area available for parking, which is very convenient. All this made me more inclined towards investing in this property. 

My sister stays near this project. So, I recently asked my sister for a Vikas Kunj review because I was thinking of investing in property over there. She told me about the Vikas Kunj unit configuration, and the competitive price range of the units. I got to know that the project offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments which provide a good amount of space for a family to live comfortably. 

As for the Vikas Kunj price, the 2 BHK unit sells for about Rs.87 lakh while the 3 BHK units start somewhere around Rs. 1 crore. I found these prices to be quite reasonable given the convenience and amenities provided by the project, so I wanted to invest in Vikas Kunj .
