Vimala Packers and Movers Chennai was a headache to deal with. In the name of moving my items, they kept them for around a month. Eventually, when they delivered a few of the items were missing. When I tried to contact them about the missing items, they straight away refused the error and told me this is what I had provided them to move. Their service is absolutely garbage, and I will never trust them with my goods again.

Last week, I opted for the Vimala Packers and Movers Chennai service as I was moving my household items. Though I wouldn’t say that their services were horrible, if I had to move again, I wouldn’t hire them. They arrived on time, but the packing was done in a hurry. As they were in a hurry, they didn’t pack quite a few items with protective packing and that led to a few damages. One of the ceramic vases was broken, and another was chipped. They compensated for the damages, but compensation doesn't always help as some things have an emotional attachment.
