I am writing this review to share my experience with Vishal Cargo packers and movers, and I can say although they are doing a fine job at packing and providing quick shipment, the staff is extremely uncivil and harsh. They also quoted me Rs. 15,000 for a few electrical appliances, which I feel is higher than other competitors in the market. I feel they could work on manners and professionalism because there was no one I could rely on after the payment was done. I called their customer service but the line got disconnected after a few rings.

I feel they are quite expensive considering the average services they provide. My shifting was smooth and they handled everything, from loading and unloading to taking care of the items, but their prices are a little higher than other packers and movers. My friend recently shifted to her new apartment with the help of NoBroker and she was telling me they provide a guaranteed low cost, and provide the same level of service, except they are a little more professional.
