What are the Vishesh Balaji Symphony, Panvel, Mumbai Reviews?

I have been looking for a 3 BHK unit for quite some time now and recently learned about this project through a Vishesh Balaji Symphony reviews. I decided to visit the location and googled the Vishesh Balaji Symphony location, which was 45/4, Shillotar-Raichur New Annex, Panvel Matheran Road, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410206. 

Upon arriving, I was greeted by an executive who also acted as a guide around the project for me. He told me about the Vishesh Balaji Symphony project area, which was around 10 acres. I booked a 3 BHK with them after learning about the locational advantages of the project, which are

• Panvel Railway Station, 2 Km 

• Orion Mall, 2.5 km

• Pillai’s Engineering College, 2.5 km

• Panvel Bus Depot, 2.5 km

• Lifeline Hospital,  2.5 km

My brother-in-law told me that he came across a project that we can invest into. He told me that the name of the project was Vishesh Balaji Symphony. He also told me that it was located in Panvel, which is already considered as a prime location. We decided to visit the location. 

Upon arriving at the location, we enquired about the Vishesh Balaji Symphony 2BHK and 3 BHK price. The executive present there told me that the starting prices of the apartments was around Rs. 97 Lakhs. He also told us about the amenities of the project, which are Jogging track, Children's play area, Maintenance staff, Gym, etc. After learning about those details, we decided to invest in the project. 

My cousin told me that he was purchasing a property in Panvel. I asked him about the builder and he told me that it was a Vishesh group. I was pretty reluctant at first as I wasn’t aware of them. Despite that, I decided to visit the property. While on the way, my cousin informed me that the Vishesh Balaji Symphony is around 10 acres big. 

Upon reaching the location, I inquired about the Vishesh Balaji Symphony Possession date and price list, which they told me was December 2029. They also told us that the starting price was Rs. 97 Lakhs. Following that, I asked if they were RERA-approved. They told me that they were and following that provided me with RERA ID which was P52000029849. Since everything seemed perfect to me, I suggested my cousin to purchase a unit there.
