What are the Vishnu Cargo Packers and Movers Mumbai Reviews?

I am writing this review to highlight my concerns with them. About three weeks ago, I booked their services as I had to move a few household belongings to my daughter’s place in Pune and I had come across a few positive Vishnu cargo packers and movers Mumbai reviews. I paid Rs. 15,000 and they picked up the items after a week and promised a 4 day delivery. It’s been a week and I have no update from their end. I am trying to reach them but their number is unreachable every time. I have no idea whom to contact now. Please help if you guys know how to resolve this. 

I don’t understand why they have received so many positive reviews. My experience was disastrous with them. I had to move all my books to my hometown, in Kolkata and I booked Vishnu cargo. As a bookworm, I am so distressed about the condition of my books now. I wish I had done some fact checking before signing up with them. A lot of my books are wet with water and the spines are bent. A few of the books are missing as well. I remember sending 138 books but it’s 130 now. I will write as many reviews as I can to highlight this issue because I talked to a few friends who used their service and they are as distraught as I am. 

Last year, my family and I moved to Bangalore for which we were looking for reliable packers and movers. I came across a few Vishnu cargo packers and movers Mumbai reviews and it seemed like a good option to consider. And, I am utterly dissatisfied with the service. The manager is so transactional and he never responds to any calls/messages. We paid Rs. 25,000 for the packaging and shifting, and the least we could expect was some proper communication. I had a query regarding the tracking details for which I must have called him around 10 times and he never responded. We received our items after a month of shipping. Don’t blindly fall for the positive reviews. Cross check before you sign up with them.
