What are the Vision New Ville, Wakad, Pune Reviews?

Hi. My partner and I were in Wakad and thought of going to this project as we heard about it from a friend a few weeks ago. We went to ask about the 3 BHK apartments here. We began by asking the Vision New Ville unit size, which was told to us as 717 sq. ft. for the 2 BHK and 1024 sq. ft. for the 3 BHK in terms of the carpet area.

The amenities were something that held our attention in place with a yoga centre, a senior citizen sit-out zone, a cafe bar with lounge seating, a reflexography path, an art corner, and more.

The Vision New Ville 3 BHK price starts at Rs. 1.08 crore, which is a bit high for us but we are considering it with the other projects we have been to.

My father and I gave this property a visit in May. Having visited a lot of projects in the last few months, we checked a lot of things here. The Vision New Ville unit configuration has 2 and 3 BHK flats in Tathawade, which is one of our preferred locations for a house. 

We had our interest in the 3 BHK of this project which has a carpet area of 1024 sq. ft. which I’d say is decent when compared to the other projects in Pune.

For the specifications, the living room will be painted in Asian Paints, the balcony will have porcelain tiles and vitrified tiles. There will be a solar water system in the bathroom and for the bedroom, there will be wood honey oak porcelain tiles.

Everything seems good to us but the Vision New Ville possession date is an issue as the date is given as December 2027 and we can’t wait that long. So, although this is a good property to buy a house in, we had to skip it because of this reason.

I contacted the builder team of this project in Wakad to learn more about Vision Ville. So, I can give you my Vision New Ville review here. With a total of 210 flats, the project has 2 and 3 BHK apartments across an area of 2 acres. There are 8 flats on each floor and they are made by keeping Vastu Shastra in mind, which impressed me. 

To talk about the Vision New Ville location is on Bhumkar Chowk Road in Wakad. It is a couple of minutes away from Decathlon and Bhumkar Chowk. You can reach Inox Insignia and IMAX within a 1.5 km drive while hospitals such as Lifepoint and Hinjewadi are 10-15 minutes away.

As for the Vision New Ville 2 BHK price, it starts from Rs. 75.08 lakhs and suits our budget as well. So, we have decided to go ahead with the booking. I’d recommend you check out this project at least once.
