What are the Visoka Keystone, Tathawade, Pune Reviews?

Hello, I went to see this project which is being developed by Visoka. The project is in the Tathwade region of Pune and I will be sharing a short Visoka Keystone review here. 

The first thing I’d like to talk about is the location of this project. It is near the Pune-Bengaluru Highway, with decent connectivity all around. The Dr DY Patil Unitech, Punawale Multispeciality Hospital, and D Mart are all 5 minutes away, while the Elpro City Square Mall and MCA are 10-15 minutes away. My office, which is in Hinjewadi IT Park, is also nearby, so it is a plus.

I asked about the Visoka Keystone unit configuration and the property has 2 and 3 BHK flats with a total of 252 units across 2 acres of land.

A thing I especially like here is that the bedroom size in this project is the biggest you can find in Tathawade. The Visoka Keystone 3 BHK price starts at Rs. 88 lakhs, which is a bit over our budget, but the deal seems good for us in the long run.

All of these aspects led us to book a 3 BHK here last week. So, overall this is a good flat if you are looking to settle in Pune.

I called the project team a month ago, asking about the offerings. They told me that there are 2 and 3 BHK flats here, so I kept asking for more as we were on the lookout for a 3 BHK in Pune. 

The Visoka Keystone unit size for the 3 BHK has a carpet area ranging from 981 sq. ft. to 1000 sq. ft. It is decent enough space for a 3 BHK and we like the locality too. We roamed around a bit to see how the area is and there are markets, hospitals, and other essentials close by.

Approved by RERA, the Visoka Keystone RERA number is P52100052263. We think this could be a good place for us to buy our first home and if you are looking for one too, you can give this a shot.

Hi there. I went to see this project a while ago. It is in Tathawade, which is where we currently have a rented place and we like the area a lot. I was looking for a 2 BHK for my family, so I went on to ask the Visoka Keystone 2 BHK price, which starts at Rs. 71 lakhs. The carpet area is a decent one, which is 815 sq. ft. 

Amongst all the features, I liked the amenities the most, which include a children's play area, a party hall, a multi-purpose court, a gazebo, a yoga deck, and more.

The Visoka Keystone possession date is December 2025, which is also perfect, as we won’t have to wait long enough. I feel you should give it a visit to see if you too like it.
