Hello, I went to inquire about the VNR Fortuna a while ago and will be sharing my VNR Fortuna review with you here. I'll be starting with the address of the project, the VNR Fortuna location is in Padur, OMR in Chennai. There are a total of 81 units of ready-to-build villa plots spread across an area of 3.03 acres. The carpet area is available in areas of 815 sq. ft., 1075 sq. ft., 1206 sq. ft., 1640 sq. ft. and 2343 sq. ft., which I feel are quite spacious.
I just felt that commute options and essentials are a little far with the Chettinad Hospital and Kottakal Arya Vaidya Sala around 6-9 kilometres away from the project.

As far as the VNR Fortuna possession date is concerned, I was told that it will be available by this year, so you can gain possession in just a few months. I will start my review of this project by talking about the VNR Fortuna price list, which ranges between Rs. 36.59 lakhs and Rs. 1.05 crores. The carpet area given by the builder team made me feel that the prices are good when we talk about the spaciousness in a city like Chennai.
I checked if the project is approved by RERA or not and I found the VNR Fortuna RERA number, which is TN/35/Layout/1589/2024. I liked the project overall and have been thinking of purchasing a plot here.
