What are the VNR Tiara Reviews, Thazhambur, Chennai?

My office is in Karani, and I was looking for a project in its vicinity. A colleague of mine shared a VNR Tiara review with me and asked me to check it out. I was quite surprised to learn that it was a villa project and planned to visit the location. The project is around a 6 minute drive from my location and has quite a few other locations nearby. Some of those are.

I was also aware VNR Builders had built quite a few impressive properties in Chennai, so I planned to take a unit over there. 

My cousin told me that this is a 0.54-acre villa project and asked me to check it out. I have always wanted to purchase a villa and called their customer support to gather a few more details. During the call, I asked about the VNR Tiara unit configuration, and came to know it has 3 & 4 BHK-designed villas. Since I was interested in 3 BHKs, they told me that the area was 1626 sq. ft. to 1865 sq. ft. To make sure the project has all the required permissions, I enquired about the VNR Tiara RERA number, which is TN/35/Building/0414/2024. Before finalising the deal, I am planning to visit the project with my family. 

When I came to know about British-styled villas near R.V. Clinic, Pillayar Koil Street, Thazhambur, Chennai, I decided to visit the VNR Tiara location right away. After visiting there, I came to know from the sales team that the project features various amenities, such as a clubhouse, plunge pool, visitor parking, power backup, fire safety, sewage treatment plant, etc. The apartments available with them are also vastu compliant and have security 24/7. I asked them about the VNR Tiara possession date. They informed me it will be  in July 2026 and also learned that the starting price was Rs. 1.15 crores. All of these seemed attractive to me and I bought a 3BHK villa in the location.
