My family and I shifted through this cargo service a while ago. The amount of damage their workers did is beyond my will to mention. They are inexperienced, casual in their approach towards work and don’t know how to pack items. 

They overcharge and even threaten you for the items they have. I won’t ever go back to choosing them. I hope this VRL Packers and Movers Bangalore review of mine will help you make an informed decision.

I sent my items through this company after believing a lot of positive VRL Packers and Movers reviews. It was a big mistake as these people kept the items with them. They did not deliver the items to me. I am going to file a police report against them. Beware of such companies and only trust partners with a good reputation.

The VRL Packers and Movers gave me a commitment to deliver the items within 2 days, but they delayed the whole process. I finally received my items after 5 days. They accepted all of my requests while discussing, and after packing, they stopped receiving my calls.

I asked for the phone number of the driver, but it got connected to the person in the office. They broke several items and refused to even answer me. It was a horrible experience and I recommend you choose someone else.

They sent the goods crammed with numerous, resulting in damage, and when I claimed for insurance, there was no response from them. However, for my recent relocation, I hired NoBroker packers and movers. I am satisfied with their service. The things that I liked about them are as follows;

• They ensured on time delivery

• Damage free packaging

• They offered me the lowest price quotation in the market

• There was a move manager who ensured my relocation was hassle free.

I had the most horrible experience, when I hired VRL logistics packers and movers Bangalore, to relocate my car from Bangalore to Chandigarh. This is to notify everyone who might consider using a car transfer service in the future.

Please do not hire them. They sent me a quote that was below market value, but they ended up stealing things out of my car before giving it back to me a month later. At that point, I also filed a police complaint. Please, please, do not hire them. They are a group of frauds.
