Hello Rita, we purchased a 3 BHK apartment here in July after my family and I made a visit to the project site. So, I’ll be able to share my VTP Dolce Vita review with you. The project is located in Kharadi, with decent connectivity. Some of its locational advantages are,

  • You can reach the Pune Airport with an 11 km drive

  • While the Pune Railway Station is also 14 km from the project. 

  • You can reach the Pune-Nagpur Highway with a 7-km drive

  • Also, the Pune-Solapur Highway is also 10 km away. 

  • The EON IT Park and WTC are just 3.5 km away, making the area a good one. 

  • For emergencies, Manipal Hospital is 6 km from the site.

As far as the VTP Dolce Vita unit configuration is concerned, they are offering 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. There are going to be 9 high-rise towers spread across 9 acres of land. Each tower will comprise 32 floors with 3 floors for parking. The project overlooks the Mula Mutha River, making it surrounded by nature. 

Another thing which impressed us was the VTP Dolce Vita unit size, with the 3 BHK’s carpet area ranging from 928 to 1457 sq. ft.

We then focused on the amenities on offer, which are quite a lot. There is a skating rink, a children’s play area, a tennis court, a cricket zone, a swimming pool, a basketball court, a dedicated sitting area and more.

Coming to the VTP Dolce Vita price, the price ranges from Rs. 76.3 lakhs to Rs. 1.55 crores. Although it seemed a little expensive, we booked the flat as it was the best out of the lot in Pune for us. The project is also RERA registered, with the VTP Dolce Vita RERA number is P52100051819. Luckily, the date of possession matched our timeline as we have plans to move within the next 4 years. The VTP Dolce Vita possession date is December 2028.

As soon as I heard about the VTP Dolce Vita project area, I got excited about it and checked out the project to decide whether to have a 3 BHK here or not. It is spread across 10 acres of land. I can’t remember any other project as large as this in this city. Here are some more major aspects of this project:

  • This project will have 9 buildings and 2000 units in total

  • The VTP Dolce Vita 1bhk price is around Rs 87 lakhs for a 454 sq ft area

  • The VTP Dolce Vita 2bhk price is around Rs 77.50 Lakhs  - 1.01 Cr Onwards for 756 - 857 SQ.FT (Carpet Area)

  • The VTP Dolce Vita 2.5bhk price is around Rs 97.50 Lacs* - 1.01 Cr* Onwards for 850 - 857 SQ.FT (Carpet Area)

  • VTP Dolce Vita 3bhk price is around Rs 1.06 - 1.77 Cr* Onwards for 928 - 1457 SQ.FT (Carpet Area)

I initially found the VTP Dolce Vita price list, apartments between Rs 87 lakhs and Rs 1.8 crore high; hence, I thought of not having an apartment here. However, when I visited this project as per my friend’s suggestion, I loved it. 

Being a nature lover, I was determined to have a house amid greenery with spectacular views and this project is just what I needed. You can enjoy:

  • Lush greenery and views of the Mula-Mutha River from your apartment

  • Large-sized amenities for all age groups of over 1 acre (both podium & ground level)

  • 9 High-rise towers with stunning elevation

  • Spacious and a variety of apartments: 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK

I am glad that the VTP Dolce Vita possession date is December 2028. I will get some time to save money and invest in a 2BHK here.

I was quite tired of finding a proper 2 BHK in a good locality and project and that is when my friend shared some VTP Dolce Vita reviews, encouraging me to check it out myself. I am so happy to have found it. This project is affordable, situated amid greenery and, most importantly, the VTP Dolce Vita location is great.
