What are the VTP Earth One, Mahalunge, Pune Reviews?

Since I was living in an apartment with only two amenities, my primary concern when looking for a new house was majorly about amenities. While searching for a house, I came across the VTP Earth One reviews. From the review, I learned about the different amenities that have, such as a swimming pool, basketball court, indoor games, skating rink, badminton court, clubhouse, etc. 

I was also surprised to learn that they also have a rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment plant. I also learned about the VTP Earth One possession date, which is in December 2027. I am planning to visit the location of the project to gather more information and purchase a unit. 

I was looking for a project that is close to my workplace and I learned about this from a colleague. I visited the project location and asked about the VTP Earth One price, which they told me was starting from Rs. 81 Lakhs. Following that, the person also told me about a few locational advantages of the project, which are.

The last thing that I asked them about was the VTP Earth One RERA Number, which they told me was P52100048489. I finally planned to book a unit after that.

We were looking for a 3 BHK in Pune and stumbled across this project. We recently made a booking here. The VTP Earth One 3BHK price starts at Rs. 1.81 crores with a carpet area of 1446 sq. ft. 

The VTP Earth One RERA number is P52100048489, which was amongst the first things we checked while considering the project. I overall like the whole aspect of luxury, architecture, security and the build quality of this project. You can give this project a visit as I believe it has a good balance of everything.

We went on-site to learn details about the VTP Earth One 4BHK price. We later talked with the builder team to learn more about the offerings here. The 4 BHK is priced at a starting rate of Rs. 2.18 crores with a carpet area of 1766 sq. ft. Although, the 2 crore mark is still quite a lot compared to what we had in mind.

We liked the immense number of amenities here, which is one of the reasons why we are still holding onto this project. The amenities include a yoga lawn, a jogging track, a mini golf lawn, a senior citizen lawn, a zen garden, and much more. The VTP Earth One possesion date is December 2027, which is around the time we are looking to move in, so it works very well for us. I give this project a rating of 7.5 out of 10.

Hello, my brother-in-law and I visited this upcoming project in Mahalunge a couple of weeks back. So, let me begin my VTP Earth One review by first talking about the location of this project.

The VTP Earth One address is at Baner Next, Mahalunge, where you can reach the Mumbai Pune Highway in about 15 minutes of driving and the international airport in an hour. 

The flats here are available in 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations with a carpet area of the 2 BHK ranging from 673 sq. ft. to 861 sq. ft. The VTP Earth One 2BHK price starts from Rs. 81 lakhs to Rs. 1 crore, depending on the carpet area of the home.

Although the features are good, I feel that the prices are too high for the size of the houses. Hence, we are looking for some better options. We do like the

, which is in Hinjewadi, and have been considering it for a while now.
