What are the VTP Flamante Reviews Kharadi, Pune?

I moved to Pune around 4 years back, and now my father was asking me to purchase a property there. While doing some research about the same, I came across a VTP Flamante review. From the review, I came to know about the VTP Flamante RERA number and possession date, which were P52100051826 and March 2028, respectively. I checked out the project page and loved it. Now, I am planning to visit the property pretty soon to learn more about it and purchase an apartment there. 

My brother recently visited this property and suggested that I visit it too. After learning about the address from him, I visited the location of the project. During my visit to the property, I learned about the VTP Flamante unit configuration and price. I have shared all that information in the table below. 

I also learned that the prices of these apartments will be somewhere between Rs. 93 Lakhs to Rs. 2.32 crore. I booked a 3 BHK apartment after this. 

I have heard several VTP Flamante reviews from my friends but only visited it after learning that it is going to be one of the tallest towers in the area. My husband has been looking for a 3 BHK property to move into and as soon as I visited this project, I decided to have a home in this project only. Apart from providing the best views of the city, this project has some major aspects that are sure to bring residents like:

• The VTP Flamante location enjoys great connectivity. It is situated near Holy Angel School, Manjari Khurd, Kharadi and has easy connectivity routes to reach the EON IT Park easily

• The VTP Flamante project area is vast. It is spread across 6 acres of land and has only 6 buildings comprising 1056 units ensuring proper sunlight and ventilation in all the apartments

• VTP Realty is constructing this project which is a trustworthy and renowned real estate developer so I know our investment is going to be worth it

As for the VTP Flamante price list, I learned from the sales team that the apartments will range between Rs 92 lakh and Rs 2.04 crore. I will be visiting the project again with my husband so shall share more details here.

I am a bit confused about whether to invest here or not mainly because of the VTP Flamante Possession date, March 2028. We were planning to move into a new 3 BHK by 2026 but my in-laws and also I are smitten by the project’s beauty and might wait 4 years to have a property here. They have absolutely stunning amenities that no other project in this location is providing at such an affordable price, like:

• Large central amenity space with lush landscaping

• Open-air amphitheatre and dance floor

• Spectacular entrance lobbies for every tower

• Work-from-home zones in the project (both in the club-house & alfresco too)

Trust me, you won’t get such a beautiful project easily so go, check it out and have an apartment here. I guarantee that your hard-earned money will not go to waste.

I got interested in this project mainly because of its pricing. The cost is affordable compared to what other projects in the vicinity are providing. I have the detailed cost division for the different types of apartments so let me share it here for your help:

• VTP Flamante 2BHK price Rs 92 lakh onwards (763 sq ft)

• VTP Flamante 3BHK price Rs 1.33 crore onwards (1063 sq ft)

• VTP Flamante 4BHK price Rs 2.21 crore onwards (1793 sq ft)

There are 3 and 4-bed Simplexes also available with 1610 sq ft area from Rs 2.04 crore onwards. Glad that they are not selling matchboxes instead of apartments for lakhs. This project is worth investing in and I am sure to be having a property here.
