What are the Wave City Center Sector 32, Noida Reviews?

My office is in Noida and it's kind of a hassle to commute there from Mayur Vihar. Since I was looking for a property in Noida, a colleague suggested that I check out this project. I visited the project and asked about the Wave City Center RERA ID of the project, which they told me was UPRERAPRJ5489. Following that, I enquired about the locational advantages of the project, the executive told me that project was close to places such as 

• Kalindi Kunj, 9 mins away

• Commercial Hub of Noida, 4 mins away

• Noida Golf Course, 4 mins away

• Wave City Center Metro Station

• Metro Hospitals & Heart Institute

• PVR Logix Noida

My office is also within 2 kms of this project. I am considering putting in the token amount here. 

My uncle was in search of a spacious 3 BHK unit and he learned about it from one of his friends. My uncle provided me with the Wave City Center location, which was Sector 32, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India and asked me to check it out. I visited the property and learned about their amenities, following which I asked about the Wave City Center unit configuration. The executive told me that they only have 3 BHK and 4 BHK units left and shared a list with me. I have added it below. 

I relayed the same information to my uncle and now, he is planning to purchase a unit there. 

A few weeks back, I came across a Wave City Center review, following which I decided to visit the property. During my visit, I asked about the amenities they were offering, which they told me were Jogging track, Badminton court, Community hall, Children's play area, Indoor games, Swimming pool, Gym, etc. The executive also told me that the property is quite secure as they employ security guards and have CCTV coverage. I also noticed that they have rainwater harvesting and a generator for backup power. I was pretty impressed by all of these and now, I am planning to purchase a unit there.
