I visited Welcome Colony with my wife. The Welcome Colony location is Anna Nagar West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. The project has a reliable power backup, lift, and security. The society also has good maintenance services and my wife just loved the whole location. Since my wife loved it so much, I am deciding to purchase an apartment there.

A few months back, I visited the project after learning about it from my cousin. During my visit to the project, I asked about the Welcome Colony unit configuration and price list.
