I am posting my Whistling Woods reviews here because I bought a 3BHK unit here around 6 months ago. In my opinion, this project is a tranquil, mid-sized community with excellent maintenance of amenities, round-the-clock security, CCTV, and a compound wall with a lovely fence. Apart from this, a stunning clubhouse featuring guest rooms, a party hall, a gym, a yoga and dancing area, and a swimming pool is available.
Above all, it is always happening. You can get to see the movie shootings, exhibitions, cultural events, religious gatherings, or so on. I made an investment here because of all of these factors, including Whistling Woods price and locations. While I won't deny that some developments are still needed, they aren't significant enough to say no to this community.

Last year, my father and I went to the Whistling Woods location to purchase an apartment. He had always been interested in investing in Hyderabad's real estate market and had heard many of our relatives had invested in this project. When we visited, we were amazed after looking at this project. I would like to acknowledge the present management for their efforts in maintaining it so well. It will be five years old by the year 2024, yet its beauty is rising.
The sales representative told me that October 2019 was the Whistling Woods possession date when I enquired about it. It is among the safest and peaceful areas to stay.
We bought a 1950 square foot, three-bedroom house in January of this year because my father wanted to invest in this project. I seem to recall that the Whistling Woods price for a 3BHK was between Rs. 1.72 and Rs. 1.90 crores at that time. Overall, I will rate this project 5 out of 5.

If you are looking for a place in Kokapet, Hyderabad with good amenities and a safe location then you must check Whistling Woods. I have been living here for the last 2 years and I must say this project features a very lovely, spacious apartment complex with all the latest amenities, situated in a gated community. This project's construction and build quality are excellent.
This project is located centrally to Osman Sagar Road, Manchirevula, Kokapet, Hyderabad. You can also get easy access to some popular hospitals, schools, colleges and shopping malls. Some of the Whistling Woods location advantages are as follows:
ORR Narsingi: 2 km | 5 minutes drive
Continetal Hospital: 6.2 km | 20 minutes away
Rockwell International School: walking distance
Global Edge School: 1.7 km | 4 minutes away
