During a recent visit to the project location, I came to know about the Wonder City unit configuration and price, which I have added below.

605 sq. ft.

Rs. 61 Lakhs

2 BHK

860 sq. ft. - 1000 sq. ft.

Rs. 75 Lakhs - Rs. 80 Lakhs

The salesperson also told me that the apartments were ready to move and we planned to check them out. After checking them, I felt they were quite spacious, and they received quite a lot of natural light and wind. He also told me that the apartments are Vastu compliant. Following this, I booked a 2 BHK unit.

While searching for resale properties for investment, I came across several Wonder City reviews. From the review, I learned that the project has amenities such as a swimming pool, children's play area, gas pipeline, power backup, clubhouse, etc. The review said that the project is around 13.00 acres. I also learned about some prices of the resale properties. Following that, I planned to visit the project location and invest in a unit over there.

I came to know about this project through a friend of mine, as he was interested in purchasing an apartment here. He told me that the Pristine Properties had developed this project. They are a well-known builder in the real estate sector, as they have built quite a few properties all over Pune. I learned all about the project from the salesperson, after which I asked him about the key locations around the project, which are.

  • Katraj Bus Station, 0.2 km

  • Sai Hospital, 1.0 km

  • Sinhagad Diagnostic Centre, 6.4 km

  • Karamveer Bhaurao Patil VidyaMandir And Junior college, 0.8 km

  • Yashwantrao Chavan Vidyalay, 3.9 km 

  • CityPride, 5.1 km

  • D Mart - Ambegaon, 1.9 km

  • Vishal SuperMarket, 1.8 km

After learning about this, I booked a unit with them. Overall, I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my Wonder City Reviews.
