Recently I availed packers and movers service from them and this is my Trueway movers and packers review. I opted for their services to shift my household luggage from Delhi to Bangalore. The service I received can't be called great as there were a few damages. My trolley was damaged and one small bag also went missing. Though they located the bag later, there was no compensation for the damage to the trolley. I don’t think I will avail their services again unless it's a dire situation.

I'd like to tell you about my moving experience with them. I had opted for their service twice, and both times I had different experiences. The first time, everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have any complaints. However, the second time, the experience was slightly different. The packing was good but the loading and unloading process was quite rough. Due to this quite a few of my items such as the almirah, washing machine, etc. got scratched. I informed them about it but there was no response from their side. I would rate them 2.5 out of 5 in my True way packers and movers review. 

They failed to deliver my belongings on time as promised. Initially polite, the manager's behavior deteriorated later. I entrusted them with my car, but the manager demanded an extra Rs. 5000 not mentioned in the invoice. He even threatened to sell my car if I refused to pay the extra amount. I’ve filed a police complaint to recover my vehicle.

Trueway movers and packers failed to deliver on their promises. They mishandled my belongings, leading to significant damage. Additionally, they added unexpected charges to the final bill. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service made the entire moving experience a nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs.

This True Way packers and movers review is to highlight my terrible experience with them. They arrived late and damaged several pieces of my furniture during the move. Despite multiple calls, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. The entire process was stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Hello. I took their service while moving out of my home last year. I’ll thus be sharing my Trueway Packers and Movers review with you here. I found them to be decent with the service. The team was well behaved and understood my requirements. 

Although I would have liked it better had they sent more workers for the heavy lifting and loading to save time and effort. The price was okay, but I think you can find a better deal if you look around.

I read a few Trueway Packers and Movers reviews before contacting the company to shift from Bangalore to Pune last month. I read positive things about them so I called them up. However, upon meeting face to face, I felt they lacked professionalism. 

Although the person who came to my house was quick, I was never contacted about the date and time of the visit. I found them unprofessional and it made me doubt their service. So, I didn’t go for their service and thus, won’t be able to rate the packing and moving work.

My entire moving experience was very good and met my expectations; they performed an excellent job, carefully packing everything and delivering it to my house safely. The quality of the wrapping was excellent, and every household item I had was securely secured and delivered. They went out of their way to even unpack all of my stuff and helped me arrange the items in my new house.

My Trueway Movers and Packers review is good because when I moved my household belongings from Mumbai to Bengaluru, TrueWay Packers and Movers gave me a secure and prompt shifting service.

On the moving date, their packing team and supervisor arrived at my house for packing. Their team got all the required packing materials like bubble wrap(air bubble) cargo sheet, lamination, carton boxes tapes, etc. They had packed all the stuff properly.  After they loaded all the stuff and delivered it to my destination in Bengaluru safely. Unloading & unpacking was done nicely.

My experience was very good with this company and would recommend others to try this company.

I used Trueway Packers and Movers to shift from Ongole (Andhra Pradesh) to Delhi. All of my stuff was carefully packed in Ongole itself but the washing machine needed to be wrapped in Chennai. Before moving, my washing machine was operating without a hitch. But it stopped operating after arriving in Delhi and getting it fixed cost me a lot of money. 

Although I had travel insurance, we didn't discover the damage till two days later. Thus, a refund was not issued. I think in tiny places, professional packing is not done. Even the head of Trueway from Chennai refused to assist us.
