This planned tower by Tulive GK Shetty is shaping up to be an excellent choice. The Tulive Grandezza possession date is set for October 2025, giving enough time to plan. The RERA registration (TN/29/Building/0399/2024) provides peace of mind. I am impressed with the 3 to 4+ BHK configurations ranging from 945 to 1890 sq. ft., designed for spacious living. With only 58 units in one tower, it promises exclusivity. 

Also, the Tulive Grandezza price starts at Rs 1.47 Cr, which I found reasonable.

While looking for a home in Chennai, my friend informed me of this project and shared his Tulive Grandezza review with me. After hearing the details, I realised this residential society in Padi Kuppam, Koyambedu, has a fantastic location. The area’s bustling vibe and the proximity to the Koyambedu Omni Bus Stand (1.6 km), Koyambedu Metro (0.7 m) and Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (12 minutes away) make daily commutes simple. Educational institutions like Velammal Vidyalaya School (9 minutes) and S.B.O.A. Matriculation & Hr. Sec. School (3.9 km) are nearby. 

I also liked the reliable healthcare facilities like VSR Hospital are just 1.9 km away from Tulive Grandezza location. With its connectivity and convenience, Grandezza offers everything a family could ask for. I will visit the site next Sunday and then decide.

I was exploring new homes in Chennai, and I came across Tulive Grandezza. What caught my eye were their amenities. It was thoughtfully designed with Vastu compliance, a well-equipped gym, and a children’s play area. The clubhouse and community hall are perfect for gatherings, and I appreciate the focus on safety with fire safety measures, CCTV cameras, and 24/7 security. Features like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant reflect the developer’s care for sustainability. I believe it’s an ideal place for modern family living. Overall, I liked this project and planned to book a 3BHK here.
