What are Vighnaharta Life Canvas Reviews Mamurdi Pune?

My father and I were discussing real estate developments in Pune and how it is a good opportunity to invest here. This is when we came across this project. He called up the sales representatives and found out these details 

• Vighnaharta Life Canvas project area is within massive area of 2.88 acres. It comprises 4 buildings with 480 units. 

• The flats prices are between 42.7lakh to 80.21lakhs, which given real estate prices here, is a decent ask.

• Our budget is around Rs. 72 lakhs so we decided to check out a 2BHK flat.

I came across Vighnaharta Life Canvas ad a few days ago when I was browsing through my options for property investment. It is an upcoming project situated at Gahunje Mamurdi Pune West. I saw that the project offers different options from 1,2 and 3 BHK units. The good thing is that it has the RERA approval and the RERA ID is P52100032021. 

I booked a site visit and on inspecting the property, I found that the flats are spacious with good ventilation and lighting. The flats are vastu compliant as well. 

I am exploring some more options. If anyone else has heard anything about Vighnaharta Life Canvas reviews, please do share.

Hi, I visited the Vighnaharta Life Canvas location. I think the project has good accessibility. Here is what you can find in the surrounding areas: 

• L Pioneer and Lifepoint Hospital are located within a 7 and 10 km radius respectively. 

• Blue Ridge International School is 0.5km away. 

• DAVM school is also present at a 1km distance. 

• The Sentosa Waterpark and Resort come at a 2km distance which provides a relaxing atmosphere. 

• Luxury Hotels such as Bluewater and Tip-Top International are located within a 7 and 6-km radius respectively.

I asked the sales person about Vighnaharta Life Canvas possession date and he said that it should be ready by June 2027.

I also took a download of the amenities offered. They said the project will have an indoor gaming facility, a shopping centre, rain water harvesting, fitness centre, amphitheatre, a common garden and a park among many other things. Since my parents do need greenery around, this could be a good option. I still have to figure out a few more things before I book a flat here.
