I recently visited this project with my cousin on Ghodbunder Road, and hence sharing my Vihang Marina reviews here. This project really caught my attention. It offers fantastic connectivity. Thane and Borivali stations are only 25 minutes away, plus there’s an upcoming metro station nearby, so I feel like it’s ideal for anyone who needs easy access to different parts of Mumbai and Thane. Apart from this.
With direct access to Western Express Highway, Eastern Express Highway, and Thane-Belapur Road, commuting is super convenient.
The area also has all the essentials close by Vedant and Dhanwantri Hospitals for medical care, New Horizon and Saraswati School for families with school-going kids, and popular shopping spots like Big Bazaar, HyperCity, and D-Mart.
Dining options like McDonald’s and Decathlon are nearby too.
The location makes life so convenient; everything I need is practically at my doorstep. So, I will rate them 5 out of 5.

One of the best things about Vihang Marina is how thoughtfully they’ve designed the amenities. The swimming pool is perfect for unwinding on weekends, and there’s a well-equipped gym to help me keep up with my fitness goals. Safety is clearly a priority, with 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, and fire safety measures in place. I also love the jogging track and common garden. It’s so refreshing to have green spaces to enjoy right within the community.
During my visit, I found there will also be a children's play area, clubhouse for gatherings, and practical features like power backup, rainwater harvesting, and a sewage treatment plant. I booked a 1BHK unit of 370 sq ft and the Vihang Marina possession date I received was December 2029. Overall, it feels like they’ve covered every need for comfortable, worry-free living.

I recently visited the Vihang Marina location and checked this project by Vihang Group and was really impressed. Vihang Group has been around since 1989, so there’s a sense of trust in their experience. Knowing that the project was MahaRERA-registered immediately gave me confidence in its transparency. Just for your information, the Vihang Marina RERA number is P51700034747. They are aiming for possession by December 2027, which gives me time to plan things comfortably.
Vihang Marina unit configuration focuses on 1 BHK flats with a 317 sq. ft. carpet area, starting at around Rs 48 lakhs. It seems reasonable given the range of amenities and location advantages. With 600 units across two towers, there’s a good chance to find a unit that fits. It feels like a solid option if you're looking for a balance of convenience and comfort.
