What are VTP Builder Reviews?

The VTP group is worst group in the field of real estate, build on foundation of lies, falsehood, cheat and no care for customer. my fellow buyers please keep away from them. See my experience and if already trapped beware of following: 1. First of their sales people give you false promises on possession of flat, i participated their VTP blue water launch and was told that possession would be by Jan 2021 but during agreement signing itself, within 2 months of booking amount paid I was told possession will be in 2024 and when I told to cancel it..they did agree to return full amount. 2. Due to my medical issue I told them, I wil pay some amount in lumpsum while paying against demand due, they agreed on phone and email but at the time of possession, now they say produce documents which I did, then started asking me tell us the amount spent and then give letter from hospital about spending done.. I produced all but even after 30 days, I am still in pain. Their team is so bad and rude not responding on time. 3. Very bad customer care : My emails going unanswered, phone call not picked up, messages not been replied. They. Make you suffer like you are a at their mercy.. I will share all snapshots of mesage, how they don't respond in call , you can see dus nt connect paet, also see the messages not being answered. With all this I am having a feeling, surely they also may cheating in quality of work too..a supplier who don't care for customer, they will surely do cheating on the work quality too..I am not sure on this but I am presuming. But there are are better builders who give you good experience, go with them but keep away from VTP

I want you to know about VTP realty reviews before you go ahead. Ownership of my business space has taken far longer than expected. A water connection in my workplace, which was indicated in the design, was offered to me at the time of booking. The design was then modified and there is no water outlet provided in that. I won’t advise you to purchase from VTP Realty since it is one of the worst builders in Pune I came across. My VTP realty reviews are nothing but negative. Their team was uncooperative and behaved ignorantly and didn't understand my needs at all. When the project first began, a lot of excellent things were promised. It included high-quality floor covering and bathroom fixtures, etc. But the location had the opposite result when I visited the property. This is what I wanted to bring to your notice about VTP realty complaints.

I was searching for fully prepared properties, but nothing nice was there. My husband and I were preparing to purchase our first home in the Hinjewadi neighbourhood. We were preferring a larger living and dining space. We came across VTP projects and decided to go through a few  VTP realty reviews before making any moves. We visited VTP Bluewaters and really liked the properties and overall locality there. I think it will be one of the finest projects of VTP builders as it is still in construction. I always questioned myself, “Is VTP good builder?” However, because of its popular reputation, I purchased a flat. The sales staff was excellent. The Project's execution, however, appears to be lagging. While making the reservation, the date of mid-2024 was assured. However, it appears that this date is no longer a reality. I hope the team fulfils its promise because if not, their reputation will be ruined.
