What are the reviews of VTP Pegasus Kharadi, Pune?

VTP Pegasus Kharadi, Pune enjoys a great location and that is why a lot of people get attracted to it. So let me start with the VTP Pegasus location first. It is strategically located in Kharadi with 5-point access and connects Pune east extremely well through Nagar Road, Hadapsar, EON IT Park, and Kharadi Riverside from Manjri & Keshavnagar. The VTP Pegasus RERA number is

P52100009535 and P52100009524. They are providing premium 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments with a carpet area ranging from 465 sq ft to 1452 sq ft. You must have already got an idea about the

VTP Pegasus Kharadi floor plan from Vikram’s answer. I am planning to book a 2 BHK here very soon and shall visit the project again within a  few months. Overall I will rate this project 4/ 5.

VTP Pegasus possession date is getting delayed every year. My friend had booked an apartment here last year and was promised to get possession of it by the end of this year only. Now they are saying that the possession date is set for next year but not revealing exactly which month or any date. Some other problems she witnessed when she checked out her apartment half constructed a few months back are

• They had not mentioned anything about the fire safety pipes. When she visited her apartment, she saw pipes visible all across the wall and it looked more like a storeroom than a bedroom.

• They are mentioning charges for things which no other projects even mention 

• They mention false possession dates to attract customers and then delay the possession for every project of theirs

• You will get no such parking place so before booking an apartment here, do talk about it

• As of now there is no water pipeline connected to the project to supply abundant water so that is a bit of concern 

These are some of the VTP Pegasus complaints my friend mentioned to me. She might even cancel her booking if the possession date gets delayed further. So just for the sake of VTP Pegasus Kharadi location, don’t book an apartment here.

For entertainment, there are many options within a 10 km radius: Reliance Mart Phoenix Market City, Amanora Mall, and Seasons Mall. There is good connectivity with the rest of Pune via Railway Station. Places of business like Hadapsar Industrial Estate and Ranjangaon Industrial (LG, TATA, Fiat, etc.) are well connected as well.
