Quite recently, I started a digital marketing agency, and I was looking for an office space. I learned that one can rent office spaces through real estate websites like NoBroker, and thus, I visited the website. I looked through the various commercial spaces available on their website but unfortunately, there was none according to my requirements. I got in touch with their customer service to find one according to my specifications. I also asked them what do I need to rent a commercial space.

What Do You Need to Rent a Commercial Space?

The support person told me that I could opt for

NoBroker’s Commercial Tenant Plan

and they would help me find one according to my requirements. He also told me about all the documents that I needed to provide for renting commercial space. I have added the list of the documents below.

  • Any Government-issued ID proof.

  • Evidence and nature of the business establishment

  • Original copy of proof of ownership (landlord’s property).

  • The necessary Government approvals.

  • 2 recent passport-size photographs.

  • Commercial rental agreement printed on the stamp paper of the recommended value.

  • Bonds and Dealership Proofs (if any)

  • Shareholder & Listing agreements (if any)

I opted for the MoneyBack Commercial Tenant Plan and was able to find a space of my choice within a few months. I hope this helps.
