As per my research, I found the documents required for selling property in India includes the sale deed, building plan, encumbrance certificate, completion certificate, occupancy certificate, tax receipts and utility bills, NOCs, succession certificate in case of selling an inherited property, khata certificate, patta, approval from the bank if there is any outstanding home loan.
