What if a builder is registered with RERA but not his project? He promised that he will register his project as the building gets built. Should we buy that property or is it secure to buy such a house? Really RERA allow registering it's building as they get built?

Hey pal,

All projects must be registered under the RERA Act. If a builder tries to sell or market an unregistered project, a buyer might submit a complaint against the developer or builder. RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) serves as a shield to protect buyers' interests in RERA-registered projects. It is not secure to buy a project that is not registered under RERA. The builder and the project need to be registered separately.
