At times a professional needs to check if there are any legal activities going on a property. For that, we have a property inspector. A property inspector is a  highly qualified trained professional who is experienced in evaluating the buildings and other components related to the building. In simple words, a property inspector is a visual inspector who goes for property inspection without invading it.  This is what is a property inspector means.

It is not always possible for us to understand if the property has any legal disputes or how safe it is to purchase a property. But the property inspector ensures that the property you are purchasing is not damaged or dismantled in any way. While going on a house to house inspection it is the duty of the inspector to check the property without causing any damage. Since the inspection is not invasive that means a property inspector does not remove the wall, dig up the garden or drill holes for inspection.

An experienced property inspector always gives assurance to provide a damage fee if by chance something is dismantled.

What does a home inspector do?

Basically, the work of a home inspector can be divided into three parts. The three parts are:

1. Visual Inspection

The inspector checks the property for more than 3 hours based on the size and condition of the property. You can come along with the inspector to keep an eye on the land you are willing to purchase but it is not mandatory.

2. Inspection Report

After the inspection, the property inspector creates a detailed written report of the property. Generally, the written report is sent within 48 hours of the inspection. The inspector can also connect with you and verbally discuss the findings.

3. Post Inspection Resource

In most cases, the inspector waits for the customer to send back feedback on the report. If any query arises the property inspector answers them and resolves the query of the customer.

I hope you understand the prospects of the property inspection.
