On my recent shift from Tiruvallur to Madras, I hired Arijith packers & movers Chennai. Their packing process was very smooth and sorted, the team asked me if there were any delicate furniture to look after and they specially took care of that. But the delivery was extremely unprofessional. Tiruvallur and Madras being only 2 hours away still they took 10 days to reach my location amongst which 6 days they did not respond to any single call. When confronted with Arijith packers and movers they said these workers are not directly authorized with them, which was a very unjustified statement.

I would like to share Arijith packers & movers Chennai review. They recently helped me with a shift to Pune. The beginning was smooth, the staff was polite and the process was very doable. They came to physically evaluate my furniture but what I did not like was they were unnecessarily forcing me to hire 3rd pickup just for small furniture items. When I refused to do so the boys who came to arrange the furniture changed their tone and approach towards me which was very odd. On the destination they still demanded extra money just to unload the truck.

When my parents shifted to a new apartment I went ahead and hired this company to make the task easier and quicker for them. I hired Arijith Packers & movers to relocate my son to his boarding School. The delivery was on time but the condition of my belongings when received was terrible, the cycle had deep scratches, one of the chair wheels of a brand-new chair was not to be found anywhere, and the table came with one broken leg. They took extra money for insurance but when asked they said the insurance money was for the pickup and not the stuff. We specifically enquired about this before onboarding but we still encountered loss.
